Using Lemon Code

Lemon Code is an AI coding service that runs tasks in a cloud workspace and can use apps you connect. You are responsible for your account, the instructions you provide, and having permission to use the files, repositories and connected accounts you supply. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, spam or interference with other users or systems.

Free access and limits

The cloud service is free with daily usage limits. Availability and limits may change. Free access does not promise unlimited usage or uninterrupted availability. Any future paid offer will disclose its price and conditions before you choose it.

Your work and agent actions

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit us to process that content to carry out your requests and operate the service. AI output can be inaccurate or insecure; review and test code before relying on it. Connected tools may change data or take actions in other services when you instruct the agent. Only connect accounts and authorize actions you are permitted to use.

Privacy and optional sharing

Our Privacy Policy explains service processing, optional data sharing, retention and deletion. Optional sharing can include project and connected-app data and sharing with AI model partners for training and evaluation, as described in the choice shown to you. You can turn optional sharing off in Settings. These terms do not replace that choice or grant additional permission for optional sharing.

Third-party services

Connected apps and model, hosting and other service providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of those services remains subject to the terms that apply to them.

Stopping use and changes

You may stop using Lemon Code and disconnect integrations at any time. To request deletion, contact the address above from your registered email address. We may restrict access for abuse or security reasons. We will publish updates to these terms here with an updated effective date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
